Good Morning Bloggers!!! Okay, so if you are anything like me, you have multiple credit cards.....that are all maxed out after the holidays. Let's face it, after receiving all our Christmas (or whatever) gifts, we really do not NEED too much else. Want, yes. Need? No. SO here are some tips on how to curb your impulse buying.
1. WINDOW SHOP WITHOUT $$$. "Shoppers high". We all get it when we see that sparkling Balmain jacket in the window. Wanting it, needing it, oh baby, oh baby. But if you do not have your wallet, it will be impossible to give into the urge to splurge.
2. DO NOT MAKE SHOPPING A SOCIAL THING. At least for right now, while you are trying to pay off that plastic. Instead of meeting the girls at the local boutique, go for a hike. Yes, a hike. Why? Think about it....while paying off you cards and getting in some extra exercise, you can later reward yourself with a new shiny purchase. And look hot doing so.
3. IF YOU MUST HAVE, PAY IN CASH. That way, you will not be racking up more debt. However, this is your last option...you I MUST HAVE IT option, because you really should have stuck with either 1 or 2.
